Your account is basic. Upgrade it in the app with your Emirates ID and face verification, then log in again.

How do I move UAE PASS to a new phone?

Install the app on the new phone, choose I have an existing account, enter your email, mobile number or UAE PASS ID, pass face verification and create a new PIN. Do not create a second account.

What if I forgot my PIN?

Use the same recovery: face verification, then a new 4-digit PIN.

What if my mobile number changed?

Update it in your UAE PASS profile while you can still log in, and update the number on your Emirates ID data with ICP, because one-time codes go to the registered number. If you can no longer receive codes, call the helpdesk.

Why is the login request not appearing on my phone?

Check that notifications are allowed for the app and that you are online, then open UAE PASS manually — pending requests usually show inside the app. Requests expire after a short time, so start the login again if needed.
