Where is your office exactly?
Office 709, 7th floor, Block B, Business Village, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai - the building right next to the Dubai Clock Tower roundabout. Tap Open in Google Maps at the top of this page to navigate straight to the door.
Do I have to visit your office?
No. We handle the whole visa process online, and when an original document is needed our rider collects it from your door and returns it once we're done. The office is here for anyone who prefers to meet in person; visiting is never required.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed. Walk in during working hours - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, closed on Sunday. A WhatsApp message before you come means we have your file ready.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is parking around the Business Village building plus visitor parking inside the complex.
Which metro station is closest?
Deira City Centre (Red Line), about a 5-minute walk. Take Exit 3, the closest exit to our office, then follow Google Maps for the walking route.
Can the whole process be done online?
Yes. You can apply, share documents and get every update over WhatsApp, Zoom or a quick call - no typing-centre visits and no queues.
How fast do you reply on WhatsApp?
During working hours our visa experts typically reply within 5 to 10 minutes. After hours or on Sunday, your message is answered first thing on the next working day.
