Where is your office located exactly?
Our office is at 709 Business Village, B Block, right next to the iconic Dubai Clock Tower in Port Saeed, Dubai. Use the Open in Google Maps button at the top of this page to navigate directly here.
Do I need to make an appointment to visit?
No appointment is strictly necessary. Walk-ins are welcome during our working hours — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (closed Sundays). Messaging us on WhatsApp beforehand can speed up your service.
How fast do you reply on WhatsApp?
During our working hours, our visa experts typically reply within 5 to 10 minutes. If you message after hours or on Sunday, we'll prioritise your inquiry on the next working day.
Is there parking available at your office?
