What do the MOHRE categories (1, 2, 3) mean?
They set the labour-payment fee. Category 1 (lowest) is for companies with a skilled, diverse workforce and good conditions; Category 2 is standard; Category 3 (highest) applies when conditions are average and over half the workforce is one nationality.
Can you put a Golden Visa or family-visa holder on our payroll?
Yes. Golden-visa and relative/dependent-visa holders can work for you on a dedicated work permit without changing their residency. The calculator has a flow for each.
